Santa Rita, a new-home neighborhood by Heritage Building and Development, will release its next phase of homes in mid-July to meet the high demand for single-family homes at the master-planned community of Otay Ranch. The interest list for Santa Rita has been growing since early May, but interested parties may still add their names to the waiting list or seek pre-qualification by visiting Santa Rita’s or any neighborhood’s sales center, said Melissa Hazlett, sales and marketing manager for Baldwin and Sons.
