QUALITY OF LIFE

COMMUNITY AMENITIES

OUR COMMUNITY EMBODIES THE ACTIVE CALIFORNIA LIFESTYLE.

COMMUNITY

When you live at Otay Ranch you can take advantage of all the community amentities, including easy walkability to everything you need. Otay Ranch also offers some of the most attractive homes in the San Diego area; plus this Chula Vista community is located only 7.5 miles from all that San Diego has to offer.

Stroll, bike or walk, enjoying the sights along the way. The temperate climate makes most any activity more pleasant. Come see why people of all ages and backgrounds have made Otay Ranch in Chula Vista (“Beautiful View” in Spanish) home.

Otay Ranch currently offers a selection of new homes in two different areas of our community. Families looking for single-family homes can select from four neighborhoods at Montecito Ridge, an enclave of homes overlooking Wolf Canyon and surrounding Mulberry Park, a private homeowner’s park. Homes in Montecito Ridge have taken on the graceful and enduring architectural style of Santa Barbara.

Our newest Village of Montecito is located on a mesa between Olympic Parkway and the 280 acre Wolf Canyon and is designed to blend the best of urban and suburban living.  Plans for the village's bustling core feature a traditional town square, an elementary school, two city parks, a private swim club as well as a convenient commercial center.  Three pedestrian parks are positioned throughout the village, giving residents easy to walk to places for recreation and relaxation.  A variety of residential options are currently available in our largest and most ambitious village to date.
