On April 25th, the City of Chula Vista and Baldwin & Sons celebrated the Grand Opening of Otay Ranch’s Montecito Park.

Montecito Park is located directly next to the Montecito Swim Club just north of Santa Diana Road. The park will give local residents a convenient place to relax with their families, friends and loved ones.

Heritage Road Now Open

On April 23rd, The City of Chula Vista, Home Fed, and Baldwin & Sons joined forces for the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Heritage Road. Attendees included Chula Vista Mayor Mary Casillas Salas and Councilmembers John McCann, Patricia Aguilar, and Steve Padilla.

Heritage Road is now open and will allow homeowners easy access to popular attractions such as SeaWorld’s Aquatic Waterpark and concert venue Mattress Firm Amphitheatre.

Otay Ranch is #14 on Top Master Planned Communities of 2017

According to an extensive study by John Burns Real Estate Consulting, Otay Ranch, the Master-Planned community built by Baldwin & Sons, is the 14th best-selling master planned community in the United States.

The Top 50 list of Master Planned Communities was based on Net Sales in 2017. Otay Ranch ranked #14 after selling 563 homes and posting a 254% year-over-year growth in 2017.

To qualify, Master Planned Communities must have multiple builders selling, shared amenities, consistent branding and more.
