The Ribbons & Shovels awards celebrate the best in art, architecture, landscape, historic preservation, environment, and more. The City of Chula Vista received nominations that recognized individuals, organizations, and businesses that have improved the appearance and appeal of the community by investing in their neighborhoods and businesses. Nominations were accepted for projects that have been completed between 2013 to 2017.
