We’re excited to announce that Otay Ranch’s Summerland Park and Pool will be opening soon, just in time for summer!
The new park and pool in Otay Ranch Village 2 will be located near our popular Bella Sitia and Signature communities. Soon, residents and children living in these two popular communities can simply walk out their front doors for swimming and relaxing outdoors close to home. Any resident of Otay Ranch can access the pool, too.
The 34,848-square-foot Summerland Park and Pool will offer residents a wading pool, an adult pool, lap lanes for exercising, a 6,000-square-foot deck, and restrooms with showers. Need a break from swimming? Enjoy the new playground area with your kids, eat lunch in the picnic area, or relax in the lounge or grassy areas.
