We’ve been hearing from a number of our homebuyers at Otay Ranch that despite social distancing, their need and desire for housing has not lessened. Housing remains an essential service in San Diego County and our sales teams are assisting numerous buyers with their new home purchases through a modified process, largely done online, that focuses on the safety of our customers and team.
