Here at Pacific Coast Communities and Heritage Building & Development, safety and health is our top priority. You can be rest assured that we are keeping up-to-date with all city, state, and CDC guidelines regarding COVID-19 and doing our part in #SocialDistancing. In addition to shifting employee schedules to reduce the number of crew members onsite, all onsite employees (including sales and construction team members) are required to wear face masks, frequently utilize the handwashing stations, and keeping at least six feet apart from each other while working. As an essential business, we are motivated to continue to keep our hard work going for the community members and those who dream of owning a home.
