When we first toured the Signature home models we fell in love with the California Room and outdoor living potential. We selected model #2 which offered a suite downstairs, spacious bedrooms and overall open feel. We liked the community and that the assigned schools have high ratings. My daughter is excited to have a park with a pool just a few steps from our house. When we first started looking for a new home we didn’t know how bad our public health crisis situation would get. We had some money already saved and the market seemed good at that time to sale our current property. Our eldest daughter starts Kindergarten later this year and we just felt it was the time to buy our forever home to not have to switch her from schools. We have been lucky to continue to do our jobs from home during this difficult time.

We wanted to move out of downtown, and wanted to increase the living space of our home. Signature offered brand new construction in a new neighborhood with tons of amenities and a fantastic deal as far as pricing. We were really looking for a neighborhood community with other school age children to raise our daughter, and Montecito provides that. The models gave us a great idea of what we wanted, and the staff (Cory in particular) were terrific. The schools were also top notch. To be able to live in an large house, indefinitely, in these times was a huge plus. I highly recommend the neighborhood, and can't wait to move in!

We decided to remain in the Village of Montecito - we love the school, amenities, and close-knit community. It is located near shopping, gyms, and is easily accessible by freeway (I-805 & SB-125)

My husband and I selected Signature after a year of looking at homes and watching the housing market. We came up with a list of must haves and must nots for our forever home. The Signature plan 1 checked majority of all our boxes. The deciding factors came down to having a brand new house, great school district and community. We fell in love with our particular lot and the fact that we would live right across the street from a community pool and park. So, we decided to start the buying process back in November 2019. We timed this process just right as we were originally contingent buyers. Phase 5 was released sometime in early February and our house sold on March 6th. So, at this point we are in it to win it!
