We decided to purchase our first home because of our current situation. We have a 7-month old baby and need a bigger space we can call our own. We've been seeing Suwerte billboard/posters when we drive around Otay/Chula Vista since mid-2019 and was always interested. When we thought we were in a pretty stable financial status, we decided to give it a shot. The Suwerte team was approachable, friendly, and made it easy for us to move forward with the the process of purchasing. We were excited to get pre-approved and impressed by the transparency of both the lender and the sales team. We feel good about the purchase and confident enough to say the sales team is reliable and responsive, and really care about us especially with the pandemic. We are in good hands.

I have recently started the purchase process of a townhouse at the Suwerte housing development. I will be moving into the 1R floor plan, which is the 2 bedroom, 3 bath with the side by side 2 car garage. This is a spacious plan and the price point was perfect for me. It was very easy working with Jason and Diane from the sales office. They were very helpful and always responded to my questions as soon as they were able to. There were other properties I was looking at and was actually in escrow with one, but pulled out and took a chance on waiting for my number to come up to be able to purchase this brand new property and I'm glad I did. We have really enjoyed our experience with Jason and Diane at Suwerte. After viewing several other places we knew Suwerte was the place to call home. They were helpful, extremely responsive and able to answer all our questions and our realtors. Very impressed with our interaction with them. The community looks beautiful and we can’t wait for our new home to be done so we can move in. We decided to go on plan 3 because of the set up, the buildings aren’t stacked on top of each other like other communities, the great schools, and we love the area.
